ABOUT

Reed Ebarb is invested in Shreveport-Bossier property — and people

I was born and raised right here in Shreveport, Louisiana. I attended Keithville Elementary Middle School prior to attending C.E. Byrd High School, where I graduated and went on to Louisiana State University Shreveport. While at LSUS, I received my Bachelors in Financial Analysis with a minor in economics. I also received my real estate license in 2015 and went on later to receive my Louisiana State Brokers License, which I now hold.

I devote much of my time volunteering to make our community a better place to live, raise a family, and own a home. I am the Immediate Past President of the North Shreveport Lions Club, the current President of Caddo-Shreveport Crime Stoppers, and Vice President of the Caddo 4-H Foundation. I also am the Fund-Raising Chairman for Christian Service, where we feed the needy and homeless more than 6,000 meals a month, as well as operate a clothing center.

I truly care about Shreveport-Bossier City as my resume reflects. If you’re interested in property management or becoming a rental home investor, I encourage you to give me a call. There’s no obligation or pressure involved. I have a true passion for property management and Shreveport and enjoy sharing that with anyone who calls.

Meet the Management

  • Jessica Allen

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

My name is Jessica Allen and I've been with My Property Manager since the early days; I came on back in Fall of 2020. I am currently the Operations Manager of the company and make sure all departments are working together cohesively since we all work together on properties and there isn't one person or team assigned to a certain grouping of properties - we really aim to make sure we are all working together to accomplish the same goal throughout our portfolio.

I also work with community assistance programs to help place low income individuals. I also will work directly with tenants in situations when they may have fallen behind on rent, creating payment plans, doing referrals for those that relocate elsewhere after their time with us, and just general tenant relations. I believe that property managers are the true liaison between tenants and owners and we want others to see that as well; we definitely incorporate this mindset into our daily operations.

I love working at My Property Manager because of what we do to help in the community, as far as housing goes. Several of our owners have revitalized long-vacant properties, turning them from rotting eyesores into affordable, habitable homes for families and individuals, and I think that is really important. We look at the owners homes and treat them as if they were our own and we want the rentals we offer to be places that tenants are happy to make their home. Whether you are an owner or a tenant, we will do our best to take care of you while you are with us.
