Prior to viewing any of our homes currently on the market, we require an application to be on file once. You only have to complete one application but can see any property. You DO NOT need to pay an application fee to view a home. You can skip the application fee section of the application.

An increasing number of management companies are requiring this as a safety measure. As we’ve seen with several high profile incidents in recent years, a property manager meeting someone at a property can turn out badly. For our safety, we always require an application first and on the other hand, all of our staff have undergone background checks. This ensures the safety of everyone involved.

From the approval, you would place a deposit on the property, which holds the property for you for up to 30 days. In the event that you are unable to complete the scheduled move-in as agreed, the deposit is forfeited and the property will be returned to the rental market.

Your initial lease term will be 1 year. Other lease terms are possible on a case by case basis.
